Unless noted otherwise, WE do not collect sensitive information from users of OUR SITES. Env\u00edos<\/span><\/p>\n

Una vez que pon\u00e9s tu pedido, tu(s) producto(s) no se enviar\u00e1n sin antes recibir el pago correspondiente por ellos, incluyendo el monto del env\u00edo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dentro del Gran \u00c1rea Metropolitana (GAM), los env\u00edos se realizan por medio de Correos de Costa Rica o por nuestro propio medio, dependiendo de la zona. Fuera de la GAM, todos los env\u00edos se realizan por medio de Correos de Costa Rica o encomienda.\u00a0<\/span>Hac\u00e9 click aqu\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0para ver una lista con todos los distritos y sus respectivos costos de env\u00edo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Todos los costos de env\u00edo incluyen el 13% del IVA. Todo cliente, independientemente de la zona en donde resida, puede optar por la opci\u00f3n de “Recogida Local” en lugar de un env\u00edo pagado. Este m\u00e9todo no tiene costo adicional y se realiza en\u00a0<\/span>San Juan de Tib\u00e1s, San Jos\u00e9, Costa Rica, en un horario de lunes a viernes, de 9 de la ma\u00f1ana a 5 de la tarde. Esta recogida local debe ser programada con anticipaci\u00f3n con nosotros, por medio de WhatsApp. De esta manera, nos aseguraremos de poder hacerte la entrega en el d\u00eda y la hora que vay\u00e1s por ella. Si por alguna raz\u00f3n lleg\u00e1s a recoger la orden en otro d\u00eda u otra hora de la programada con anticipaci\u00f3n y tenemos disponibilidad en ese momento, te la entregaremos con mucho gusto. Sin embargo, si lleg\u00e1s a otro d\u00eda u hora de la programada y no tenemos disponibilidad en ese momento, no podremos entregarte tu orden y tendr\u00e1s que reprogramar otra recogida.<\/span><\/p>\n

Todo monto de env\u00edo debe ser cancelado por el cliente, a menos que este elija la opci\u00f3n de “Recogida Local” o que haya alg\u00fan descuento o env\u00edo gratis temporal en la tienda, el cual ser\u00eda previamente avisado.<\/span><\/p>\n

En el caso de los env\u00edos que hacemos por nuestra cuenta, te enviaremos un mensaje por WhatsApp con anticipaci\u00f3n para pedirte la direcci\u00f3n exacta (por medio de un link de Waze o Google Maps o una ubicaci\u00f3n por medio de WhatsApp). Seguidamente, por este mismo medio, te contactaremos para darte la informaci\u00f3n del d\u00eda exacto y la hora aproximada en la que estaremos dej\u00e1ndote tu pedido. Adem\u00e1s, te enviaremos otro mensaje el mismo d\u00eda de la entrega para volver a confirmar. En caso de que no teng\u00e1s disponibilidad de recibirlo en ese d\u00eda o esa hora, coordinaremos directamente con vos para entregar el pedido en otra fecha.<\/p>\n

Si tenemos tu confirmaci\u00f3n para un d\u00eda y una hora espec\u00edfica y no nos atend\u00e9s en un plazo de 15 minutos una vez que llegamos al lugar de la entrega, tu pedido ser\u00e1 devuelto a nosotros. En ese caso, tendr\u00e1s dos opciones: 1) Solicitar y coordinar una nueva entrega, cancelando de nuevo el mismo monto de env\u00edo que hab\u00edas cancelado anteriormente; o 2) Solicitar la anulaci\u00f3n de la orden, en donde te devolveremos el dinero de los productos, pero\u00a0no\u00a0el dinero del env\u00edo. *Esta opci\u00f3n no aplica para productos personalizados, los cuales no aceptan devoluciones de producto ni de dinero, a menos que se verifique un da\u00f1o o defecto en el mismo.<\/p>\n

En caso de que reprogramemos una segunda entrega y, de nuevo, no nos atend\u00e1s en un plazo de 15 minutos,\u00a0no volveremos a reprogramar otra entrega ni te devolveremos tu dinero, tanto el monto de la orden como el monto del env\u00edo.<\/p>\n

Para cualquier m\u00e9todo de env\u00edo, no haremos la entrega hasta no tener tu confirmaci\u00f3n, por escrito (en WhatsApp), con la fecha y la hora en la que nos indiqu\u00e9s que ten\u00e9s disponibilidad para recibir el pedido.<\/p>\n

Si a la hora de hacer el pedido en la p\u00e1gina web nos indic\u00e1s una cierta direcci\u00f3n, y a la hora de enviarnos la ubicaci\u00f3n exacta por WhatsApp esta es distinta a la detallada en la orden y tiene un costo de env\u00edo mayor al que ya cancelaste, deber\u00e1s cancelar la diferencia para poder programar la entrega de tu pedido. En caso de que la direcci\u00f3n que nos env\u00edas por WhatsApp tenga un costo de env\u00edo menor al que ya cancelaste, no podremos hacerte la devoluci\u00f3n de la diferencia en los montos, debido a pol\u00edticas de Matizia descritas en el siguiente apartado: Devoluciones.<\/p>\n

Los env\u00edos que hacemos nosotros en ciertas zonas dentro del GAM se har\u00e1n los d\u00edas martes y jueves, cada semana, en un horario de 9am a 12md. Los pedidos para cada uno de estos d\u00edas se cierran el d\u00eda anterior a las 5pm. Es decir, por ejemplo, si hac\u00e9s un pedido un lunes a las 8pm, no se entregar\u00e1 el martes, sino hasta el jueves.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Para los env\u00edos que realizamos por medio de Correos de Costa Rica o encomienda, estos se dejar\u00e1n en sucursal los d\u00edas martes y jueves tambi\u00e9n, pero su tiempo de entrega depender\u00e1 de la entidad, no de nosotros. Igualmente, estos pedidos se cerrar\u00e1n el d\u00eda anterior a las 5pm.<\/p>\n

Record\u00e1 que si el producto que orden\u00e1s es personalizado, este tardar\u00e1 un m\u00ednimo de 3 d\u00edas en confeccionarse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Debido a la emergencia nacional por el Covid-19, los tiempos de env\u00edo estar\u00e1n sujetos a restricciones, bloqueos, paros y dem\u00e1s situaciones que se salgan de nuestro control. Te pedimos comprensi\u00f3n y paciencia con estos temas. Adem\u00e1s, te solicitamos que, cuando vayamos a entregarte tu pedido, ya sea nosotros mismos o por medio de alg\u00fan intermediario, utilic\u00e9s mascarilla, guard\u00e9s la distancia de 1.8 metros, y sig\u00e1s todos los protocolos de salud. Por nuestra parte, haremos lo mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Devoluciones<\/span><\/p>\n

Por la naturaleza del negocio y sus productos, no realizamos devoluciones de dinero ni cambio de productos una vez que los recib\u00eds, a excepci\u00f3n de los casos descritos en el apartado anterior: Env\u00edos.<\/p>\n

Si el producto se encuentra da\u00f1ado en el momento que lo recib\u00eds, deb\u00e9s tomarle una foto y escribirnos a\u00a0<\/span>hola@matiziacr.com<\/u>\u00a0inmediatamente, para investigar tu caso. Si consideramos que el producto se vio perjudicado a causa nuestra o de alguno de nuestros intermediaros, te haremos un cambio de producto o una devoluci\u00f3n de dinero, as\u00ed vos los prefir\u00e1s. En caso contrario, si determinamos que la causa del da\u00f1o est\u00e1 de tu lado, no podremos hacerte un cambio de producto ni una devoluci\u00f3n de dinero.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por otra parte, si tu producto nunca te fue entregado, igualmente, deb\u00e9s enviarnos un correo a\u00a0<\/span>hola@matiziacr.com<\/u>\u00a0explic\u00e1ndonos la situaci\u00f3n, para nosotros poder investigar tu caso y determinar la veracidad del reclamo y los pasos a seguir.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n
